Using this website

• It's here to explain Haven. You're welcome to read it, share links to it and get in touch through it.
• Screens are illustrative. The TV screens, conversations and staff queues shown here use sample data. Names such as Maple Court, Jordan and the apps on the screens are made up.
• Coming next means not yet. Anything marked "Coming next", including the AI Concierge, isn't available yet and may change before it is.
• Please use it fairly. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or the demo form, and don't send anything through it that isn't yours to send.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, we use the details you give us to get back to you and arrange a walkthrough. Asking for a demo doesn't commit you or us to anything.

The pilot

• Haven is in pilot. We're working with a small number of properties and shaping it with them.
• Each pilot is agreed separately. What a building gets, for how long and on what terms is set out with each property before anything is installed. Those arrangements, not this page, govern the pilot.
• Things will change. During the pilot we add, adjust and sometimes remove features as we learn what works for your team and residents.

Still being decided: the full terms for buildings that use Haven after the pilot. This page will say so when they're settled.

No promises beyond what we say

• This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current or online.
• It isn't an offer. Nothing on this site is a contract, a quote or a promise of a particular result. What Haven does for a building is agreed with that building.
• Pilot software is still being built. It may have gaps or occasional problems, and we work through them with your team.

We'll update this page as Haven and the pilot develop. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
